Moving in or out of a house or apartment in Alexandria, Arlington, Falls Church, McLean, Annandale, Springfield, Vienna or Dunn Loring? Potomac Maids cleans empty homes top to bottom for tenants, owners, landlords and real estate agents.
Not included: steam carpet cleaning. We also don't open windows to clean window frames.
We assume the home is empty. Loose items left inside are treated as unwanted trash and thrown away. If you want to keep something, clearly label it "Do Not Touch" / "Do Not Throw Away" and put it in a bag in a corner.
About wall marks: if there are a few marks and the paint is in good condition, we can remove them with microfiber towels. When walls have many marks they often need repainting, because removing marks one by one takes a long time and can take paint off too.
